Flexible Options to Suit Your Needs

OMS offers the most flexible options in the industry. We offer our products as part of a bundled hosted solution called EntitleNow! or as individual modules for deployment at your site under a perpetual license agreement. We even can offer initial hosting leading to eventual in-house deployment. OMS wants the solution to fit the client, not the other way around.

Why Use Hosting?

1. OMS supplies the base infrastructure — servers, software and database.

2. OMS provides the web and download connectivity, this can include connection to a Content Delivery Network (CDN).

3. OMS provides end-user download first level support. If one of your clients has a connectivity or download issue we work to resolve the issue, if its really an entitlement issue we pass it along to your customer support group.

4. OMS includes third party services like payment verification services and export compliance checking.

5. Focus project on business processes and practices and not on product/infrastructure deployment.

Why Deploy Inhouse?

1. Corporate or IT internal considerations. These can span from technical, business, policy or architectural issues that make it important to run inhouse.

2. Tight integration with existing business applications can cause it to be more efficient when run inside your corporate network.

Hosting: Combining Products and Services

OMS offers a flexible set of products and services. We let you choose what applications and support services you require, while providing a firm foundation from which we can build the solution you need. Hosting offers the most risk free option since OMS and its partners support the hardware, software and network freeing your team up to focus on implementation and customer support.

Since OMS uses a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using web services, it is not necessary for our solution to sit inside your firewall even when integration is required. For instance, customer orders flowing from your ERP to our solution flow from an ERP client and can be routed over a secure protocol through to your hosted instance.

Optional third party services available in our hosted model include export compliance checks via CyberSource and CDN connection to any of the major commercial Content Delivery Network vendors.

EntitleNow! is offered as an Enterprise model where the client manages their own products and releases. OMS offers pay-per-use (incremental pricing) or all inclusive (open) pricing. You can select the pricing option that is right for you, whether you want fixed or variable quarterly payments.

EntitleNow! SMB is offered for small and medium businesses where the client wants OMS to play a much more active role. We offer monthly and quarterly payment options.

Perpetual License Model

OMS' perpetual licensing model is equally flexible, you choose the applications and interfaces you want. OMS will assist with the planning and execution in bringing the applications up and making them accessible to your internal users. While OMS offers customization in both the EntitleNow! Enterprise solution and in the perpetual license model, those clients who require unique features and/or interfaces usually find it easier to justify this as part of an overall build to specification project under the perpetual license model.

As the OMS solution is license key agnostic we can easily integrate with most homegrown and commercial license key management systems. OMS is even willing to integrate your existing eCommerce solution if that makes the best sense for you.

The perpetual license model offers a stable application platform at an affordable price. The annual maintenance costs entitle you to fixes and updates to the applicable products as well as our platinum support plan.
