EntitleNow! Enterprise is focused on providing a custom solution for larger organizations which require ESD, release managment and/or eCommerce solutions. OMS will review your operations and work with your teams to deploy an application which mirrors your processes and operations. OMS' solution can either be run in a hosted environment or be deployed at your site.
Integration
Integration automates the ESD process by connecting "systems of record" like ERPs and CRMs to flow order and contract data into the entitlement system. It can even send data to these systems in cases such as eCommerce purchases- orders flowing into ERP or physical order requests from the entitlement center.
OMS has focused on creating a service oriented architecture using standards like web services which are easy to create and maintain. This means future enhancements or changes need not create monster projects and in some cases may require only local changes to the web service client allowing you the freedom to perform all changes without assistance from OMS unless desired.
By integrating existing common infrastructure like an ERP, data flow is automated and a single "system of record" can be maintained within the orginating system. This reduces the risk of data inconsistency and draws on productivity and data validation elements already in place.
Since EntitleNow! is license technology agonist any type of license key management system can be integrated. Existing technology need not be changed and decisions about licensing technology need not be addressed within one project allowing time to chose the license technology that best suits your needs rather than the one supported or sold by your ESD vendor.
Customization
In addition to standard branding and look and feel, OMS can customize our applications to use or enforce your business rules and practices. This is especially valuable in companies where grow has been rapid and has been done through mergers and acquisitions. By migrating different groups into a common infrastructure over time new processes and practices can be built, streamlined and modified creating a harmonizing enviroment.
The most common form of customization lies in the modification or addition of new data elements as required to support or enhance existing release management or distribution processes. Another area is reporting where a client has specific needs or formats.

Deployment
OMS offers both hosting and perpetual licensed models for our applications. This provides a number of advantages to our clients. Firstly many clients find it easier and more secure to start out in our hosting environment this in effect creates a quickstart option which allows the initial project to focus on the use of the applications versus the procurement of servers, network bandwidth and storage and the installation of the applications. Later on you have the option to bring it in-house once you have established the neccesary environment and processes. Hosting also allows company to reduce the initial investment along with the perceived reduction of risk.
