Extending your Support and Marketing Reach The ConnectNow application is a client which is deployed downstream of your website or Entitlement Center. It functions as a control center for various available OMS plug-ins like the Download Manager. The DLM provides standard download functionality including performance through compression and mulitplexing, and reliability through checksums and retries. It allows the end user to pause/resume or restart a download, or schedule the download. The ConnectNow not only increases customer satisfaction it increases the odds of success, thus reducing fustration and the number of calls to your support team.
